ECCE full time Preschool rooms
Our ECCE full time Preschool rooms cater for children aged 2 years and 8mths until they transfer to primary school.
We have 5 fulltime preschool rooms which are all unique in their layout, our rooms have a large variety of equipment and activities, as well as daily access to the outdoors to support and enhance their holistic development.
Our preschool rooms are a child-centred environment where we use the HighScope and Emergent interest approach to early learning which identifies and builds on children’s strengths, interests and abilities thus enabling children to be actively involved in their learning.
Learning through Play
Our rooms are laid out to allow the children a freedom of choice and independence, to ignite imagination and focus on all areas of development, learning through play. The children have access to a huge assortment of different equipment and experiences, we also have an abundance of everyday and natural items that the children can explore and experiment with. These experiences all support our children to develop the life skills they need for later in life.
In our ECCE Full time Preschool rooms. We strive provide your child with a solid foundation on which to build his or her primary education and ease transition from pre-school to primary education.
Getting familiar with their new surroundings
Our two creative and hardworking chefs Lisa and Gillan provide nutritious meals. We also cater for all dietary needs.
We advise a settling-in period the week before your child is due to start at the creche as this will help support the transitions period for both you and your child , allows your child to become familiar with their new surroundings this also gives you time to meet with your child practitioners.
