Babies Room - 12 weeks to 1 year old

It is not easy to leave your little one in somebody else’s care for the first time, but at Rathfarnham Day Care we will do everything we can to make it as easy as possible to settle your baby in to a new routine. We advise a settling in period the week before your baby is due to start at creche, this will make the whole process a lot easier for you and baby.
In the baby room we provide a bright and spacious environment in which your baby can explore the world around them using a variety of toys and equipment. Our dedicated staff will give your baby the individual care, interaction and attention they need at this early stage.

• An excellent staff to baby ratio to ensure your baby gets all the special attention and care they require at this age.
• Lots of fun interactive playtime.
• Nutritious homemade pureed meals.
• A daily report with details of meals, naps and nappy changes so you can keep in touch with your babies routine.
• A settling in period the week before starting creche so your baby can get used to their new surroundings, new faces and crucially their new carers.
